We use the best available sun-resistant fabrics such as: Awning/Marine Sunbrella, Upholstery Sunbrella, and Commercial 95 Architectural Shade Cloth. All of them have from 5 to 10 years of manufacturer warranty under sun exposure.
We use GORE® TENARA® PTFE sewing thread, which is proven to be immune to sun exposure (UV), acid rain or other chemicals, and temperature extremes. It comes with a lifetime warranty.
